Who we are...

City Hope knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives.

City Hope was birthed out of a desire to support, encourage & assist foster families and children of the Wiregrass. We want them to be well loved and supported by the community and the Church as a whole.

Our team members are all Christ followers who strive to make much of Him in this capacity, and take seriously the Scriptural mandate of orphan care. Ultimately pointing them to Him and getting the gospel in foster homes by serving them and showing them Christ’s love is our aim!

Community

We have a clothing closet where we supply everything from toiletries, diapers, wipes, detergent, clothes, shoes, cribs, baby items, and more when foster families welcome a new child into their home. Foster parents can come shop monthly to replenish these items as needed.

In addition to tangible needs, we also offer events throughout the year for our foster families to attend. Some of these may include a parent's night out, baby shower, egg hunt, and Christmas party.

Growing a community of foster parents is important. City Hope families are able to interact and support one other with encouragement and advice. We believe that no one should do life alone and we are better together.
